Great gym has everything you need . Trained here while working away. It's the best gym by far in the area. Plenty of rooms and they have plenty of pre and post workout drinks etc Well worth a visit if you are in the area

Best gym around here by far! The equipment is well looked after and the staff are really friendly. The gym goers are also really nice, I wouldn't go anywhere else

Need to watch there own staff, first day I came there taking cash and the next week they haven't taken cash for ages and I'm a lier. Great way to treat new customer's. On the other hand the gym has everything you could want. Shame about the staff.

Hugely disappointed in the gym's treatment of loyal customers. When the pandemic started, myself and others did the right thing and paid money we could barely afford to keep these guys afloat and employed. I personally paid hundreds of pounds while out of work myself. This is despite the facilities getting worse over time, the opposite to what the gym claims. No more boxing, no more large mats. Now the pandemic is over, the gym has increased membership ONLY for older members by over a third ...

Great gym, nice people and the owner Rob is a great guy. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about training. They also have a wide range of pre workouts, protein shakes and nutritional meals to help boost both your workout and your overall health.
