If there was a 0 star review that what i would be giving this company. poor service and even poor delivery system. I still haven't received my delivery that i placed on the 7th August. i call and all i get is a lady on reception saying she will pass a message on , get no call back and no response to emails

The products offered by Leading Edge are great, this company is my first choice for safety lanyards and tethers however the company seems to have issues with the factory and office operations. If you need the products ASAP I would avoid ordering, each order has taken a minimum of one week to arrive (stated on website) my last order was placed 3 weeks ago and is yet to arrive, the staff in the office do not know when the factory will have the orders ready to dispatch, the contact email listed ...

We asked this company for a quote. They quoted and said they had item on stock. We paid. After paying they informed us they didn't have it in stock. Then everytime they would give new delivery times and never would supply. We asked for a refund and they didn't give it. 8 months have past and we still haven't got the product or our money. Luckily for us it was only 180 euros. Guys becareful. I suggest not using them.
