I have recently experienced Timeline Therapy with Wendy. She was absolutely amazing! I was guided through in a kind, but firm manner, enabling me to go through the process effectively. I felt accepted and valued by Wendy through the whole process. I know this experience is the start of the change in me, that I never felt would happen. I have the confidence now to believe in myself and my abilities, to have the life I always wanted. I cannot recommend Wendy highly enough!

Wendy supported me through a really difficult time where I had lost my confidence when applying for a promotion. She helped me to think positively. What I found most amazing was Wendy's ability to help me to re-focus where I spent my energy into much more productive use of my time.
