I have over a decade’s experience in the corporate world of market research. I transitioned from graduate, to manager of one, to manager of two, to manager of a small team, to manager of a large business unit, and finally progressing up to be part of a senior leadership team. I loved my job but as I started to take on more people management responsibility, I realised that it was my passion and my biggest strength, and I preferred it to the “day job”. Having had that light bulb moment, I decided to refocus, left that world with a leap of faith, trained as a professional coach, and haven’t looked back since!
