Odette is a fantastic teacher. The course is easy to get on with and you get opportunity to practice with your peers and then the public with Odettes wonderful guidance. Defo go on the training, you'll be astonished at how much laughter can change your life! If you're not sure about trying laughter yoga give it a go, it's so happy inducing!!

The training was amazing! I did the two day training with Odette a few weeks ago. It was everything I was hoping for and more. The materials were very good with many useful handouts. We did a lot of practical exercises and by the end I felt like I could take on the world! The experience didn't end there. Odette was kind enough to allow us to practice in her actual class with paying customers. Which meant that I felt more ready to take up my own class. Fantastic! Highly recommended!
