Disgusting contact, said not taking on new dogs and just hung up. No reason very unhelpful. AVOID!!

It's reassuring to know that Shadow is in great hands and very well looked after by Janet and Roberto. Highly recommend.

They will cancel on you on the day of your visit, beware of these people. I shall be making a formal complaint to the relevant local authority. I looked into the legislation that governs this type of business and I've found 3 breaches of the code. Go elsewhere.

I have been using this kennel for the last 3 years with my Dachshund Fantastic Jeffrey. The owners have been nothing but amazing. They have had him for time long periods of time as well as a few hours. I really like how Strict they are making sure all their jabs are in date, that each time they make sure that Jeffrey is fit and health to stay in the kennels. Went with Latchets after a family member advised they were very happy with them and we were too. They have years of experience and our little guy spent just over 2 weeks with them and we got a glowing report on our return. Picked him up and he seemed healthy (and clean!) Will use again
