Lou is simply AMAZING! I called her in a panic a few days before my brothers wedding after I'd had to cancel with my regular lash tech. She was so lovely on the phone and said she'd try to move her appointments to fit me in, which she miraculously managed to do. I was over the moon! I had Russian eyelash extensions and they have lasted amazingly, longer than any I have had before. The salon is stunning and Lou makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend.
