  • I've been part of this group for 2 years now and I just LOVE it. I can choose whether I go to the gym or join online which really helps me be consistent around my busy work schedule, the classes are motivational and drive "progress not perfection" and Michael and Tarryn are just the most supportive people you could wish for. They put so much effort into making this group fun and challenging and inclusive. Join up, you'll never regret it.

  • I joined this group nearly a year ago, it’s amazing and I’m loving every class I attend. I can definitely see the difference in my strength and body shape. The whole team are truly professional and supportive. Michael and Tarryn have created a real community around fitness, strength , health and general well being.
