  • Lee is super personable and friendly, which makes newcomers feel at ease. I have been going to his bootcamp sessions for several years now, which is suitable for all ages and fitness levels! It's very enjoyable, as each sessions is different, and the people who do the sessions are all very lovely!

  • I have been attending PT's with Lee for a number of years and would thoroughly recommend! Lee does a mix of training to suit what you need and want to do and encourages boxing which everyone seems to enjoy. You can also pick your own music for your workouts!! :)

  • I have been having personal training sessions with Lee for the past 5 months and more recently started the boot camps, he has been amazing! He really understands your individual needs, gives great nutritional advice as well as support with your mental well being. There's a great sense of team work and belonging. Class intensity is variable based on your own ability.
