Kyushindo Karate Highgate

A fantastic place to learn Karate. The instructors take you through the steps and explain the 'why' behind what you're doing. Very friendly atmosphere and great for beginners (like me).

One of the oldest Karate clubs in the country. Established in the 1960s. I first went there as a teenager in the early 1980s when martial arts were very popular due to the influence of Bruce Lee. The class is smaller these days but it is still one of the best places to learn.

Fantastic tuition for fitness, self-defence and confidence building! Friendly welcoming Club and budget friendly too! Highly recommended!!!
