Kung Fu Schools Crawley

I've been going to Kung Fu Schools Crawley for 2 years now and I love it. Joining was one of the best decisions of my life. The atmosphere is friendly yet focused and there is none of the macho nonsense I was worried about when looking for a martial arts school. If you want to have fun while building confidence, skill and a wider understanding of what the human body is capable of then definitely try out Wing Chun and try it out here. I'd recommend to anyone of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds.

The Kung fu school is such a great place and the Teachers are so supportive and friendly. My 5 years old girl joined the school last year and she absolutely loves it , and has gained so much confidence and focus from the kung Fu classes . Went to a great ladies self defense session at Kung Fu Schools Crawley today. Master Paul Hawkes and Sifu Keith from the Sutton centre really put everyone at ease before delivering the session. The content itself was a perfect balance of theory, followed be demonstrations of moves, and subsequent time for practising these ourselves. This is a great place, they are welcoming and it seems as if everyone is part of the family. I was nervous at first, but Paul and the other instructors are very patient and warm. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking to learn Kung Fu or increase their confidence.
