This is my second hula workshop with Clair, she is a fantastic instructor, made me feel competent even though i was clearly not. Encouraging and enthusiastic - cant wait for the next one. It was fun and we all came away with a new skill. The class was mixed ability with first timers and repeat visitors but it was taught well with options for all. Thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you for a fun few hours.

Simply amazing! Claire is a lovely lady who I have known for a few years now, she is full of life and motivation which is demonstrated in her sessions. Her yoga classes are a mix of fun, education, relaxation and strengthening (both body and mind), with all parts being adaptable to individual abilities. Very lucky to have found Claire, I always feel welcome in her classes and even after not seeing her for a while in person, I feel at ease as soon as I step in the room. Couldn’t recommend her ...

I can’t speak highly enough about Kulayogashropshire….. whatever your ability and whether you have not done yoga before .. Claire will guide you and help you throughout your yoga practice …. Being part of a class is an amazing experience but overall you think that Claire is just talking to you …. She is very knowledgeable in yoga and such a very inspirational person 🧘‍♀️xx

Claire's Kula Yoga classes are wonderful. I joined her Thursday morning class around 2 years ago and haven't looked back since. The level of challenge is pitched perfectly and Claire's clear explanations guide you through every movement and pose carefully. I can't believe how much my flexibility and strength have improved. It's like meeting up with a lovely group of friends each week. I can't rate her highly enough. Xx
