Kuk Sool Won Of Erith

My son is 8 years old and he loves the class! Matt is a great teacher, who takes time to ensure the kids both learn and enjoy the classes. I would highly recommend these classes to anyone!

My eight-year-old daughter and I started Kuk Sool Won a few months ago. We are both thoroughly enjoying the classes and learning so much. Matt is an excellent instructor – knowledgeable, explains clearly and keeps us motivated to improve. My daughter is so proud of her new skills: she is more confident and is learning self-defence techniques that, while I hope she never needs them, I’m very glad she’ll know. Brilliant classes, always enjoyable and fun! Matt is a great instructor who's always on hand to help out and go through things step by step. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all ages and abilities.

Doesn't feel like exercise at the time but I can feel it the next day! I feel much more confident in terms of self defence due to the techniques we learn in class.
