Excellent martial arts club for all ages (children and adults)

It is a place of self improvement, fun, exercise, learning what you can and cannot do (yet, the more you learn the more you realise you are capable of so much), realising how unfit I was shocked me at first. But the people are really friendly and help you when you are stuck. I joined last September, never looked back!

An amazing place! Not only do they teach martial arts but also respect, helping each other out, leader ship... I started training in the family class with no experience at all and I am especially impressed by the young kids explaining the exercises in a very clever and helpful way to me. This is a very special opportunity for me as a mum to share time and a common hobby with my 5 year old.
