  • Kerr has been my PT for almost 5 years now. He is focused on building up and maintaining your total body health for the long term, rather than quick transformations, and has helped me improve my strength, balance and mobility while gaining confidence in the gym. He is qualified in Animal Flow and I like how he integrates that into my training. The PT studio at his home has all the equipment you could possibly need. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a trainer in the area!

  • Kerr has been training us for just over 4 years - in his own gym for a year; we now don't know what we would do without him. He has all the expertise a trainer needs; he is friendly, and supportive; he gives us an interesting and challenging variety of exercises, and knows just how far to push us, so that we find we can do things we never thought we'd be able to do.

  • Kerr has been my PT for 10 years, initially helping me rehab from major knee surgery. He is extremely knowledgeable and provides a incredible variety of sessions. He will push you harder than you would do yourself …..leaving you feeling great at the end of the session! The new gym is excellent, everything you need and with on street parking! For some the privacy will appeal and you don’t need to pay a gym membership as well. I cannot recommend Kerr highly enough

  • I have been with Kerr for a couple of years now and he never fails to impress me with his knowledge of how the body works. He is brilliant at tweaking my training to sort out any aches pains and issues I may have picked up elsewhere, he also makes me positive about rehab/comebacks . Kerr has his own private studio which is equipped with everything you need to get a great efficient workout. No waiting to use equipment, it’s just you and Kerr -what’s not to like /enjoy .
