Great introductory session to the world of Krav. Fab instructors, with loads of experience, passion, useful tips and fantastic approach to teaching. Eye opening experience for someone who's never experienced Krav before!

Best all round self protection training that you could possibly get! Head instructor Dave Stevens has virtually unrivalled experience gained over a lifetime of studying martial arts and combatives. Training drill feel real, but also controlled and safe to do. It's a really friendly and supportive training environment, and no one should feel intimidated about starting. Hannah, the female instructor, is brilliant with new starters, and makes female starters especially welcome.

Krav Maga Nottingham is a great reality based self defence club. Where even not so intelligent students like me can keep up due to the helpfulness of the staff and their immense support. To pay approximately £5 an hour seems very reasonable considering the skills you learn and the help you receive. The participants and staff alike are stars. From previous experiences the learning and support here is first class. Respect to David Stevens and the rest of the East Midlands team.

I strongly recommend Krav Maga Nottingham to anyone. All of the trainers at KMNG are very friendly and down to earth, with lot's of real world experience and some of the best IKMF gradings in the UK. Dave and Chris are especially good teachers and their prices are very good for the quality of teaching that they deliver.
