  • Kyle has an infectious positivity and can do attitude. He has a meticulous process focussed on technique first before adding weight or pushing you boundaries. A scientific method that enhances performance. I truly felt I came a long way with Kyle, my only regret was my inability to maximise the use of his services more frequently to see more benefit. I would suggest him to anyone and everyone.

  • A very friendly, easy to talk to, highly knowledgeable trainer. We had a discussion regarding my goals and within 6 weeks I was already seeing the results and differences from when I started. If you're looking for changes to your body this trainer will give them to you! Cannot recommend enough!

  • I was looking for a very specific type of workout to help my obtain my own goals. Kyle worked with me to see where I was already at and what my goals were. He made a plan tailored towards what I needed. If there was anything I was unsure of he would take time to explain it to me. Great trainer and knows exactly what you need to do in order to attain your own personal goals.

  • I hurt my shoulder a while ago whilst at the gym due to improper form and needed a personal trainer to help me recover. Kyle was great with helping me strengthen my shoulder with tailored exercises for my shoulder rehab. Would highly recommend Kyle for pt sessions.
