  • A fantastic place to learn karate . The dojo is in itself the best I have ever seen . The teaching is amazing , instructive and professional to the highest standard . Most of all is the great spirit and respect shared by all . A warm welcome awaits anyone wanting to learn .

  • I started training at this dojo having watched the rest of my family train here & thinking that I should be doing it as well. I have not looked back! All the instructors & other students are fantastic, knowledgeable, supportive and friendly with no egos allowed in the dojo! Training here you will gain confidence (in all thi...

  • Our youngest son started here in 2014 and since then, every member of our family has joined. This dojo provides fantastic instruction for both children and adults. Everyone who trains are supportive and respectful of one another. I would recommend Sensei Kershaw to anyone who wanted to start their karate journey. Oss.

  • I was fortunate enough to attend a training course run by Sensei Dave Kershaw; what an amazing instructor! He was clear, confident, knowledgeable and extremely patient. We all came away feeling that we had learnt something worthwhile. If you live close enough to be able to attend his weekly classes then you are very lucky. Karate at it's best.

  • I started training at the Konjaku Shin Karate school back in 1984 when I was 17. I now run my own club down in Bristol and have Sensei Kershaw down to teach my own students. Konjaku Shin offers world-class tuition from one of the finest Instructors around and has classes to suit children and adults of all ages, with classes available on many evenings. If you want to learn Karate/Self-defence then I couldn't recommend this club highly enough.
