Knighton Victoria Bowls Club

Largest green I have played on and fellow bowlers were very hospitable

We did tai chi here with 20 others and the amenities are very good. Spent 2 hours with a tea break made in the kitchen. There's a lot of history behind this club and the place is adorned with memorabilia. The main room was just right. Lots of natural light, great views of the green in immaculate condition, well maintained hard wood floor and plenty of seating for rests if needed and toilets leading off the main room. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of busy traffic in a lovely quiet location.The size of the immense green had me somewhat fazed but the members are very welcoming and friendly(don't try to keep up with their drinking capabilities) and the meal was superb the best of the season.Look forward to visiting you again in 2019.Good Luck.

This is a lovely little club, very welcoming by the residents and very nice facilities. Slightly off the beaten track, yet easy enough to find fully recommend for any bowls enthusiast.
