Over the years I’ve tried many self defence courses but have never really taken to it as much as I have Krav Maga. I entered with a mindset that I’d be no good but now I enter each class knowing that I’ll be better each time. KMDT isn’t just a class but more of a family where everyone feels welcome, pulls together, helps bring each other forward and never leaves anyone behind. I’ve no regrets in joining and I strongly recommend KMDT Krav Maga.

Super friendly and welcoming club. The instructors are very supportive and all members are really friendly, it really does feel like joining a family. The techniques taught are all based on real life situations and you learn things that actually work to diffuse/end such a situation quickly and effectively.
