Been attending this class for a little while now and love every minute of it. Aidan is a quality instructor with a true passion for the martial art. Everyone is a really friendly who attends and its a real fun environment for men and women. Great way to keep fit and let off some steam. If anyone is thinking of coming down i couldn't recommend it enough!
