My daughter started when she was 9, worked her way up to 2nd Dan and is now on the National Squad. Karate is a great sport to get fit and increase confidence, it teaches kids discipline, how to be respectful and also simple self defence techniques. Scott is a great coach and I would highly recommend the club.
My on has been going to Karate with Scott and speaks highly of him. He enjoys his training which has effortlessly engaged him in physical activity and provides a good outlet to burn off some energy.
