Beautiful studio with a range of classes both mat and equipment. I have only ever tried the mat class with Saskia which I highly recommend! Saskia is a brilliant teacher and explains everything wonderfully.
I’ve trained in a few Pilates studios in London and Kinetic is hands down the best. An incredible community with some rather excellent and knowledgeable trainers. Expect to be worked hard and to learn lots.
