Kilnsey Trekking & Riding Centre

What a lovely group of people, really friendly staff / owners... I took my family horse trekking for mother's day, we had one nervous little boy who was soon put at ease from the staff, he nows wants to go more often myself included. The surroundings are marvellous and the price is just right. Such a good start to the weekend, thank you and we'll hopefully see you in the future.

A lovely stables! I emailed in advance and discussed our request and ability, they suggested a private ride, which was slightly more expensive than a bigger group ride, but very much worth it. The lady who introduced us to our horses was lovely, and our guide rider was very friendly and knowledgeable and the scenery was absolutely fantastic. What a fantastic family experience. We took 4 family members ranging from a 50 year old who had never ridden before and always wanted to, down to a 7 year old who is currently having lessons. They had a thoroughly amazing time in a stunning Dales valley. The staff eased the nerves and accompanied is on our hours ride along the quiet roads. Special mention to Jenny and Hannah who were professional,hardworking and terribly supportive of my family members. We would definitely go again.

First time horse riding for my 6 year old Granddaughter and she loved it. Very well organised, safe and the scenery is beautiful. Highly recommended 😊

I have been taking my children here for the last 9 years and they love it. We do the treks out in a group at Easter and Christmas etc and although it isn't overly far my boys love it! X
