The gym is a great place to workout and improve your boxing skills. Kieran is great trainer, he teaches all ages and adapts his teaching methods to bring the best out of his students. Highly recommended 👍
My son trained there for quite a few months until deciding boxing wasn't for him . Although this was the case , he really enjoyed his time there and picked up a lot of skills that are there for life . From my point of view , I really appreciated how everyone matters to Kieran not just the most skilled . Definite 5 stars from me 👍
