Great place to train young people at. Various age groups and professional and friendly trainers.

We had a session with some children from our group at a charity. The session went really well and the trainers were very encouraging, skilled, and made the kids more confident about defending themselves. The kids had a lot of fun and learned a lot! Would recommend
