Kicx Martial Arts

My son (nearly 12yrs old, black belt second dan) has been attending for about 5 years now and LOVES IT! What's great is the balance between learning martial arts and personal development...both of these will no doubt set him up well for whatever life decides to throw at him!. Master Thompson's passion is really infectious which makes the classes great...NEVER BORING OR REPETITIVE! So, if you are looking for something like this, you really can't go wrong with Kicx!

Absolutely fantastic place. My children are in the 4-5 year old class, they are always excited and look forward to going to Kicx Martial Arts every week. Master T is an excellent teacher. He and the team are professional, encouraging and awesome with the children. Would highly recommend.

Kicx is a friendly and welcoming school with a focus on personal development as well as Martial Arts training. Both myself and my son have been training with Master Thompson for many years and can not recommend the school and instructor enough! Master Thompson and the Kicx team are absolutely amazing and have become our Martial Arts family. A very special place full of very special people.

Master Thompson is 'fair, funny and fun', my children say. They love attending his classes, which are well structured, a good pace and range of activities. I love that he also teaches the 7 habits of happy kids alongside the physical activities, which creates a very rounded environment for them.

The martial arts training is great, its mixed in with fun games for the younger children, with lots of dedicated 1on1 tuition and with minimal waiting / down time so the kids are always engaged. But the real magic is in the life skills at the foundation of everything. Amazing!
