I loved this antenatal course! It was a perfect blend of direct information from Claire the lovely & experienced Midwife & Lisa the hypnobirthing teacher who led brilliant relaxations & had some great tips for managing pregnancy and labour. I was on the course with the first aid too which was invaluable. It really was a dream team! I would 100% recommend this course to couples who want a complete antenatal education in advance of the birth of their baby.

I dithered about booking onto the K2C course as am currently experiencing my third pregnancy so wondered if there was much to be gained from it, especially as I did different antenatal courses with my previous pregnancies.
