Food is just about edible lack of training in both mechanics and the maths department with little to no guidance. mechanic training (practical) is done every 3-4 months that’s if they don’t cancel the next 3 none are invested in the apprentices that are willing to learn and succeed. as long as they get paid at the end of the month is all they seem worry about
Kia Acadeny fine but what should have been a 3 yr apprenticeship turns out to be 4.5 years should have had a better plan with training and covid, Kia also need better control over greedy employers (Kia Dealership) who cancels pupils training constantly to make them work to line their own pockets. This ruined my sons experience and apprenticeship.
