Since the change in ownership to Laguna, sadly the service has fallen from the excellent standards under H. Loan bikes are no longer available. Told off for plugging in a device charger in the cafe, which smelled of stale oil, and bizarrely still has COVID screens up. My full service history is no longer on the systems and so I don't feel confident the right work has been completed. The site looks run down and in need of maintenance. Looks like the accountants are in charge to cut costs....

Both the guys in the shop and the training centre are brilliant been going there for the best part of 3 years now and had all my lessons and bikes through them. I've had the privilege of being trained by Geoff, John and Alistair, all have their own unique styles of teaching but each were brilliant and incredibly friendly. Special thanks to Andy at the shop who's always made the extra effort!

I purchased a bike off this company yesterday the customer service was outstanding. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks again to Henry for sorting out my new bike, his customer service was brilliant.

I have just completed my bike training through Kent Motorcycles with Allister as my instructor throughout. I would highly recommend them for their professional service and in particular Allisters patience in the face of adversity where my learning was concerned! Patience of a saint! I also got £500 off of the price of my new bike for booking with them under a Honda promotion so it's worth asking.
