Kent Hypnobirthing - Antenatal Classes

Deciding to do Christy's hypnobirthing course was hands down one of the best decisions I made in preparing for our baby's birth. What I learnt on the course helped me immeasurably not only with the birth but also with dealing with the stress of a huge house move right around when baby was due. Christy has a wealth of knowledge and is an incredible source of support for pregnant women and mums. I cannot recommend enough doing this course.

I can't recommend this course highly enough. Sophie was a fantastic teacher and support, not only during the course but beyond it too. This was my second birth and so different to my first as the skills I learnt during the course helped me remain calm and in control throughout. It was invaluable and I would urge anyone who is thinking of taking the course to do it, you won't regret it.

Ray was amazing throughout. We used the techniques she taught us through the entire birth. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
