Kent Cookery School

Absolutely excellent. The team put a lot of effort in and help even very beginner cooks pull together a great meal.

We received a couples cooking course as a gift for Christmas, we did not really know what to expect but had a fantastic time. The course was very enjoyable, easy to follow and the end results was fantastic. A big thank you to the small team at Kent cookery school for making us so welcome. We look forward to our next time here!

Came here for a stag Saturday 1st Oct. James was a really friendly guy with great knowledge and took a keen interest in each individual and provided great tips for use in the kitchen outside the recipe we were cooking. The experience was great fun and even those not into cooking much within the group had a lot to take away from it and really enjoyed it. The end result was a really tasty lunch! Thank you James, Autumn and Pippa for another wonderful day. The Weber Essential course was a perfect follow on from my initial basic course. James took us through the techniques, the food was amazing, who knew you could make a risotto and molten chocolate pots on a bbq, but the pork loin with bbq rub and salsa verde were the best. Would totally recommend to anyone who wants to do expand their bbq skills beyond sausages and burgers. Looking forward to the next course. Xxx

I attended the "Curry" class on Saturday 30th and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff are lovely, the kitchen is spotless, and beautifully equipped with excellent facilities and equipment. All of the ingredients are extremely high quality, and fully prepped for you in advance, so you get the entire time to cook under the watchful and very friendly eye of a professional chef. I learnt lots, had a fantastic afternoon, and ended up with a gorgeous meal to take home. What's not to love!? Proba...
