Visited the National Dahlia Collection yesterday evening and I was a little uncertain what to expect, but I was totally overwhelmed! What a glorious riot of colour in the last rays of the evening sun. Had a lovely chat to a volunteer busy dead heading, so much dahlia love! If you want an hour of peace, tranquility and colour than you will not be disappointed. Locally and in-house produced food, plants and crafts all sold to help support this very worthwhile cause. We buy our veg, honey, marmalade etc from them on a weekly basis. Please look at their website and make a simple change to help others...

Excellent staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Superb Christmas trees. A very large range of varieties and sizes to choose from.
