  • Keet is an exceptional personal training coach! He creates such a good environment in our group sessions, I know it sounds like a cliche, but he really does make fitness fun. Kee2fitness is a unique studio, that accommodates 2 or 3 three people training at the same time. I found that the camaraderie that comes from training with like-minded people really helps to spur me on to achieve that last rep. If you’re in Penn, Wolverhampton and looking for a personal trainer, look no further!

  • Keet is an extremely nice guy, and the place is the definition of welcoming. Very easy and convenient to book and cancel sessions, with loads of timeslots to choose from throughout the day. The sessions themselves allow you to push yourself, but are never over-intense or intimidating. Most of all, they are enjoyable!   • Working with Keet has been great. I was looking for a way to train flexibly around a busy life, with the online booking system it’s easy to find a way to train. Every session has challenged me and even within a few weeks I have felt stronger and Keet has adapted and continued to challenge with the movements that I have been doing and never would do without a PT! I love the 1-2-1 training as well as the group sessions, in a well equipped gym and the best personal trainer.
