  • Kerry is such a brilliant PT and has helped me lose over 35kgs. I have weekly sessions with her with my mum and she has made working out really enjoyable and fun and something to look forward to. Couldn't have asked for a better PT!

  • Kerry is a completely brilliant PT - she's calm, motivating, supportive and very skilful at getting the best from you. She tailors workouts to suit and stretch you and tells you how and why she's doing it along the way. 100% recommend!
