  • Katie is a great PT! Her sessions have pushed me to do much more than any classes I'd taken before. She offers plans you can use at home and is really supportive outside of the sessions. Would definitely recommend!

  • I've always been really reluctant to get a PT because I was worried I wouldn't enjoy it, but Katie has been amazing! My sessions are always really fun and she encourages me to achieve my best - I actually had no idea how strong I was until Katie showed me. I've seen such a difference in the way I train and the results I'm seeing. Cannot wait to get back in the gym and start my sessions again after lockdown!

  • Katie is a a great PT. Although I have only recently started with Katie, the sessions are always fun, challenging and informative. I feel that all workouts are tailored to my level fitness and what I want to achieve and are well planned. I would definitely recommend Katie as a PT!

  • Katie has been my PT now for almost 2 years and could not recommend her more. She has helped my confidence in the gym, especially with the weights section. Each session is really well planned and she takes into considerations workouts that I actually enjoy, not forcing me through a 1 hour HIIT session each week! I have seen such a difference in my own personal fitness and with her sessions I am now comfortable to head to gym and plan my own sessions for the rest of the week. 10/10 would recom...
