  • I’ve been training with Kath for over 2 years and really love it - have managed to keep it up throughout covid (switching to outdoors) and my pregnancy - I kept training up to 36 weeks! Definitely testament to Kath’s ability to tailor sessions and make sure it still feels fun and enjoyable even during tougher bits. Would definitely recommend.

  • Kath is tremendous. My sessions with her are a highlight of the week. We have maintained them though thick and thin over the last years in gym and under trees during lock-down with an assortment of wildlife looking on. As well as pushing me, she always manages to remain patient and encouraging: which must be a challenge at 8.35am on a Tuesday in winter!
