  • I am lucky enough to have been training with Kate for 9 months - enjoying both Personal Training and attending group sessions. Training with Kate has improved every aspect of my life! Kate has helped me to gain strength, confidence, fitness, friends and improved my mental well-being in a huge way. As a trainer Kate is kind, intuitive, dedicated, knowledgeable, caring, funny, super strong and totally awesome! The group sessions are brilliant! Every workout is different and really gets results....

  • Kate’s class is perfect for any mums who want to get fitter and stronger in a supportive and sociable environment. Kate’s programme that comes as part of the class is invaluable for any mums returning to exercise. Absolutely love these sessions and would recommend them to anyone!

  • I was worried about maintaining my fitness levels during lockdown, but I shouldn't have been! Kate has been amazing at finding new ways for us to work together online, and has been her usual encouraging self when it comes to activities outside of the classes, such setting me challenges, giving me access to her virtual Hiit group, and keeping me motivated with my running.   • I have been working out with Kate for just over a year now. I love her firm but encouraging style, she helps me to achieve things I never thought were possible (eg deadlifting 40kg). Kate knows how and when to change the sessions around which I find really beneficial - I never get bored and each session has a different challenge. I would Highly Recommend Kate's PT sessions and I also really enjoy the weekly HIIT classes.

  • Kate is brilliant! She listens and makes sure that whatever you want to improve she helps you with. She does research into your goals, measures them over time and is very encouraging. She's the perfect PT!
