  • I have done pregnancy yoga , post pregnancy yoga and ‘normal’ yoga with Kate over the last 7 years and she has been amazing at teaching all these different levels. Her classes are very relaxed but somehow I end up having that satisfying muscle ache that usually comes after a good workout session. I fully recommend Kate for both complete yoga beginners as well as experienced yogis. Kate adapts her class and ensures everyone is challenged and enjoys the class whatever their fitness level.

  • Kate provides a comfortable space to practice according to your own pace and energy level. Having returned to yoga after over a year of no practice, it has felt really open, encouraging and warm, helping to rebuild both mental and physical strength. Having the option of zoom is also really great for people who spend their days wearing many hats and only have time for themselves once the little ones are in bed. I really recommend Kate’s classes.
