  • I'd never had personal training before, but Kat was just fantastic. A really great communicator who really knows her stuff, and gives just the right amount of encouragement and drive. She helped me to identify some manageable goals for my exercise, and with her help I didn't just meet them - I smashed them!

  • Kat is super knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. She tailor-made an awesome HIIT program for me, addressing all muscle groups and taking into account my personal circumstances. I was impressed with her attention to detail and the explanations she gave of each exercise, not only demonstrating and observing, but listing the benefits and particular muscles involved in each movement. I highly recommended :)

  • Since starting my PT sessions with Kat I have gained so much more confidence in my exercises, she shares her knowledge with you to make sure you understand why and how your work out plans work for you! I’ve lost weight, gained muscle tone and enjoy exercising so much more. Kats attention to detail is amazing and the personalised plans are great, she makes your fitness goals (whatever they are) feel completely achievable and I’ve loved each session no matter how sweaty!

  • I started training with Kat after 4 years of not exercising, being scared of the gym and struggling with my weight and self confidence. Kat has been absolutely brilliant, not only have I lost weight but I now love going to the gym. I have a new bespoke fitness program every month and it’s tailored depending on my injuries, mental health and work schedule. Kat is so supportive and understanding and overall brilliant!! I wouldn’t be back in the gym and enjoying exercise without her.

  • Kat is an incredibly friendly and approachable PT. I decided to take some PT sessions as I felt stuck in a rut with exercise and looking for new ideas. I was worried that a PT would be judgemental about any lifestyle choices but Kat is the opposite of this.
