The lady that seems to run the booking in was very helpful ( short hair glasses ) it was a busy booking in time , she was excellent, dogs seemed happy and well cared for on our collection. The older chap ( possible owner ) however tries to take over and thinks he's funny and interesting ( we thought he was neither ) hence the 4 stars .

Left our little lady with the kennels whilst on holiday for a week after positive recommendations. Unfortunately, she was not cared for as we had hoped… leaving us quite disheartened. We discovered a large cut on her back leg that had not been mentioned or noticed by staff. She had also broken skin on her nose and has a very unsettled stomach, weight has certainly been lost . Absolutely disgraceful. 1st time dropping my 5 Yr old staffy. All contact details given, I called after 2 days & the staff member didn't even know who my dog was!! went to pick him up after 7 days for them to tell me he cut his eye off a bramble Bush & lost all his hair around his eye from him scratching his face off the concrete . I had to go into hospital for gallbladder removal. I dropped my Staffordshire off there. which I've never really left him before with anyone. Never mind juke being nervous I was aswell. But I've got to say what a fantastic friendly. Woul definitely use again 😘
