  • I joined Karen in September 2022, her classes were suited for my level and changed weekly. Usually a full body work out, which I was then able to adapt to do at my gym. Karen took videos of me, which also help when on my own. I look forward to my weekly session and to progressing further. Karen also provides advice on nutrition, in my case for weight loss, it works!   • Karen is fantastic!! Since starting PT with her, I have lost weight, feel healthier and stronger. Each session is different, so it doesn’t get boring, and is planned to accommodate my abilities and aches or pains. Karen is friendly, approachable and regularly checks in each week, both before and after a session, and provides really helpful advice regaining nutrition and diet. I highly recommend her!!

  • Karen is a 5 star PT. From the first session she puts you at ease and takes time to understand your goals and tailors a work out and diet plan for you. The monthly weight and measure check ins keep you on track. No workout is the same and she will push you to your limit (if that's what you want!). Karen's gym is well equipped and a lovely environment to work out in.
