My three boys have been going to Kanzen Karate for 5 years now, it has been great, they enjoy going weekly and it has definitely helped them develop more self confidence and discipline. All the instructors are really supportive and helpful.

I have been part of Kanzen for the last 2 and a half years along with my daughter and we wouldn't change it for the world. The support and encouragement we get from Kanzen is second to none. Kanzen is a great family friendly club with committed coaches. They cater for all ages and will make you feel welcome from day 1. Have trained at many clubs all over the country but this one is best by far.
