I had my first session at Kangoo Jumps today and I was so happy that I pulled myself out from my comfort zone with decision, I must do something with my fitness level and get more fit. There was so much energy, support and encouragement from the instructor.She is amazing! Amazing fitness the most professional trainer I have ever had. Lots of fun very energetic highly recommend this type of fitness for any age group. Once you start you will never want to stop it has the most friendliest atmosphere.😁
