  • Excellent classes from very experienced teachers. Kam, Laurel and all the other teachers are approachable and make every class something to look forward to. The classes have a friendly atmosphere making it easy to ask questions. From wanting to improve your health, through push hands to martial arts application, the depth of knowledge makes all this possible. I can't recommend the school enough!

  • The Tai Chi Chuan lessons at Kam Lau School are based on a well-researched methodology and are unique and valuable. Teachers at the school teach good fundamentals, and their commitment to the art is inspiring. Accessible and practical communication skills, as well as an approachable personality, make them an excellent choice. These are highly recommended classes for anyone who wants to start on a path toward health improvement or martial arts training.
