What can I say? Sarah’s baby yoga class is just phenomenal, it was the highlight of our week and the thing I missed most when returning to work! Joining one of her classes has so many benefits, not only for little ones but for the grown ups too! The classes are intimate and she knows each mamma and baby by name, you aren’t just a customer you become a little yogi family. We love baby yoga and we love Sarah too!

I’ve been to Sarah for Baby Massage and Baby Yoga for my now 5 month old, and I’ve just booked on for more! My son absolutely LOVES the classes. He’s always full of smiles and he loves it when I continue the songs and moves with him at home too! Sarah is incredible with all the babies and is so open and friendly. There can be some groups which can make you feel uncomfortable to attend with babies but Sarah’s classes are so welcoming and lovely. Can’t recommend them and her more xx

My little girl is two and started yoga with Sarah when she was 6 weeks old. We loved the classes and my little girl got so much from them. Sarah is lovely and I have made some great friends. My second little girl is 10 weeks and has started her yoga journey. Fab classes and a really nice atmosphere.

We've been coming to Sarah's classes for almost a year and it's one of our favourites! Sarah is so warm and welcoming, and is fantastic with the babies and toddlers. The class is a great mix of yoga, songs and fun - it's an hour a week to purely focus on your little one and enjoy. We always come away feeling good!

We LOVE our Kalma Baby classes, they a happy, welcoming and so much fun! Sarah is an amazing teacher, really knows how to support babies with their development and genuinely makes every baby feel special in her groups!
