    I had an amazing experience doing the Moving and Handling training with Sharon, I can’t wait to try out the techniques that I have learned and moving forward sharing this with my team! I am so flabbergasted at how minimal you can be to use the moving and handling techniques. I had so much fun and hope to be back for my refresher and have Sharon again!!
