Kaisho Karate

A very professional and highly organised business. Standard of training is extremely high and the atmosphere in classes is always very positive. Owners obviously have a real pride in the business and seem be making constant improvements to the premises.

A very high level of training my son has achieved an awful lot and made his parents very proud in the last 12 months of competing with sensei Ben I cannot recommend kaisho enough a friendly atmosphere and quality training 5 stars

Quality coaching whether it be kata,kumite or just for fun and fitness ben comes from great coaching stock ....top fighter in his day OUSS
