  • I joined my daughter in her regular session and, although being a triathlete I had never done anything like this. I found Karen’s approach to be excellent and enjoyed the session and also learned a lot!

  • Karen had a vision for my body that I could not see. She helped he go from someone with zero upper body strength who was struggling working from home, to someone who is stronger and enjoying life so much more. Every session was fun and her depth of knowledge meant that she tailored sessions to my (sometimes very) specific needs. I was quite nervous but her down to earth friendliness disarmed me.
