K9 Klips

Kay groomed my cocker spaniel for many years. I was always pleased with the customer service, Kay was flexible when I needed to drop Sam off early due to work commitments and her prices very reasonable compared to some other dog groomers. I would highly recommend K9 Klips to anyone. Great service!

Awful customer services, very rude and arrogant. Enquired about my Rottweiller and Yorkshire Terrier and the answer was "Oh I dont do Rottweillers" and she put the phone down on me before I even finish my word. I understand Rottweillers dont have the best of the reputations but why put the phone down and be rude, as Yorkshire Terriers are not bad dogs. Very dissappointing and awful service. Never recommend to anyone to trust this rude woman.
